The INS/GPS outputs our Kalman Filter blended output to optimize free inertial navigation during short-term GPS outages. All of our INS/GPS's feature internal vibration isolation, precision alignment and environmental sealing for robust performance in challenging environments. Temperature compensated RS485 output of delta velocity, delta theta, heading, pitch and roll angles and altitude information in a ruggedized package.
All of our GPS/AHRS's have a common messaging protocol enabling a user to have a "common cockpit" to move up or down in performance without having to change any software in their system. All of our GPS/AHRS's feature bias and scale factor modeling over the entire operating temperature range, compensation for g-sensitivity and misalignment as well as internal vibration isolation, precision alignment and environmental sealing for robust performance in challenging environments.
All units are integrated with a 72 channel C/A code GPS receiver with up to 18Hz GPS position update rate. GPS aiding is included in all units for turning error correction as well as continued output during short-term GPS dropouts.
