New "LN Series" MEMS Gyros - Low Noise and Excellent Bias
 
Gladiator Technologies is proud to our announce our next generation of advanced technology inertial sensors which implement our newest and highest performance family of gyros and accelerometers. The "LN Series" implements new lower noise gyros into our existing G50Z gyro offering both lower noise, better bias and various packaging improvements including improved environmental sealing and connector.
 
G100Z MEMS Gyro

The all new MEMS G100Z Gyro “LN Series” represents Gladiator’s breakthrough gyro technology enabling an ultra low noise MEMS gyro that has noise performance commensurate with much more expensive small RLG’s and small open loop FOG’s. It also features industry leading bias in-run and bias over temperature. Designed for commercial stabilization and aircraft applications, the gyro has a bipolar “VSG" compatible signal outputting balanced 0V ± 5V. The signature features of the G100Z are 0.003°/sec/√Hz noise, bandwidth of 500Hz, short term bias of 0.0015°/sec as well as impressive bias over temperature, low power, light weight, as well as excellent g-sensitivity and mis-alignment. The unit is highly durable and in a ruggedized environmentally sealed package. The VSG compatible signal output configuration makes it a virtual dropin replacement for the now obsolete VSG gyro. The gyro is ideal for commercial airborne image stabilization applications, EO/IR stabilization, antenna stabilization, train ride comfort systems as well as backup flight control and other applications.

G50Z MEMS Gyro

The all new G50Z "LN Series" Gyro is an improved lower noise version of our standard G50Z gyro with improved packaging, environmental sealing and MILSPEC connector. It is our highest performance single axis MEMS Rate Sensor with exceptionally low noise (0.005°/sec/√Hz) as well as industry leading bias in-run (7-18°/hour typical) and bias over temperature performance. Designed for commercial stabilization and aircraft applications, gyro options include either a single sided or bipolar "VSG" compatible signal. The signature features of the G50Z "LN Series" are 50% lower noise, impressive bias over temperature performance, low power consumption, light weight, excellent g-sensitivity all in a newly ruggedized environmentally sealed package. The VSG compatible signal output configuration makes it a virtual dropin replacement for the now obsolete VSG gyro. The gyro is ideal for commercial airborne image stabilization applications, EO/IR stabilization, antenna stabilization, train ride comfort systems as well as backup flight control and other applications.

It also best-in-class g-sensitivity and misalignment as well. The unit is offered in either 50Hz or 100Hz bandwidth configurations. It also is offered in a VSG compatible signal output configuration makeing it a virtual dropin replacement for the now obsolete VSG gyro. The gyro is ideal for commercial airborne image stabilization applications, EO/IR stabilization, antenna stabilization, train ride comfort systems as well as backup flight control and other applications.
