Gladiator Technologies Announces Appointment of Dr. Al Erisman to the Board of Directors

Former Director of Technology for the Boeing Company Slated to Guide Company's Future Growth

In 2007 company management and shareowners established an outside board of directors as an important next step in the maturation of the company. The expanded board provides a broad group of experienced leadership from a cross-section of industries and functions. Members of the Board also include Laurent Neuviale, Ulrich Willburger and the two co-founders of the company, Rand Hulsing II, CTO, and Mark Chamberlain, CEO.

Dr. Erisman, has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and prior to his appointment at Gladiator enjoyed a 30-plus year successful career in technology leadership positions at the Boeing Company. He retired as Boeing's Director of Technology where he created and managed a group of 250-300 advanced degree computer scientists, mathematicians, statisticians, and engineers doing R&D for Boeing in the areas of information technology and mathematics. He reported to the President of the Phantom Works (the Boeing R&D Center) over the final three years and was a member of The Boeing Company CIO council. 

Currently Erisman serves as the Executive-In-Residence at Seattle Pacific University, is the executive editor and co-founder of Ethix (www.ethix.org), and speaks on the subject of business ethics and technology in many parts of the world.
